 I'm honored to be presenting at the MAMFT Annual Conference, where I'll be speaking on a topic I'm deeply passionate about: ADHD and its impact on relationships.

In my presentation, "ADHD in Relationships: Moving from Misunderstanding to Connection," I'll explore how ADHD can affect communication, emotional connection, conflict, and day-to-day interactions between partners. Most importantly, we'll discuss practical, strengths-based approaches that help couples move beyond frustration and toward greater understanding, teamwork, and connection.
