We are a family-focused, neurodiversity affirming center providing comprehensive coaching and therapy solutions for the whole family to facilitate life-changing and legacy building growth.
We believe that family relationships are important not only in our lives but in our growth and development.
Families are like a childā€™s mobile. If one person in the family is struggling, the entire family is impacted.
One person cannot struggle, change and grow without all members of the family, immediate and extended, being knocked off kilter.
When individuals and families work with us, we assess the entire family and recommend a unique and customized treatment plan to address all contributing factors.
To facilitate long-lasting change, we recognize that the entire family must support and respond to the changes each individual is pursuing and we will help you do just that.
We address the systemic familial issues adding to your struggles and aim to help you resolve them and facilitate long-term healing change and growth. Being healthy and happy takes work and is a process that never ceases.
We must continually reflect on ourselves, our lives, and our decisions in order to continue to be our best selves. With everything that we do, we learn and grow as a result.
At Kaleidoscope Coaching and Consulting we believe that much like a kaleidoscope, each part of us is vital to the growth and support of happy and healthy future. But also like a kaleidoscope, each part of our family units need to understand themselves and each other to offer true meaningful relationship, support and well-being.
Neurodiversity reflects the different strengths and struggles of each of our brains. Everyoneā€™s different parts, including brain diversity, contribute to them individually as well as the family as a whole.
Even the broken pieces and struggles contribute to the beauty and ever-changing nature of the whole. When you take care of each piece, understand it, appreciate its beauty and allow the light to shine through, you individually and through your relationships grow stronger and brighter than before.
